Inside of California:
**$15 overnight rate pertains to addresses in California with zipcodes starting from 900 thru 935. California zipcodes out of that zipcode range will still be offered a $15 flat rate but overnight arrival is not guaranteed.**
$15 flat rate up to 10lbs. Carrier designated "hard to reach" areas may not qualify. If your order is shipping to a "hard to reach" area, you will be contacted by phone or email regarding any additional charges.
Outside of California:
UPS Next Day Air rates are calculated on total weight of the order. In order to maintain the highest standards and offer the finest products, all orders are shipped via overnight delivery. We reserve the right to select the carrier that offers the best service for your needs. Currently we only ship to the continental 48 states. Please note the shipping timetable below:
Orders received Monday through Thursday BEFORE 3pm PST will be shipped the SAME day.
Orders received Monday through Thursday AFTER 3pm PST will be shipped the FOLLOWING business day.
Orders received Friday through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (or first business day after Sunday)
Orders received on Holidays will be shipped the first business day following the holiday and according to the schedule above.
**PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we DO NOT ship for Saturday arrivals. If you need a product for the weekend, please calculate the time table and processing for Friday delivery. Sorry for the inconvinience.

Returns are NOT accepted. Every order placed is carefully put together by a member of our staff. Each item in your order is examined for quality and freshness. Due to the unique nature of gourmet products, there can be variance in similar products. In the event that you receive an item that you did not order, please contact the store by email or telephone. If you believe that something you ordered is spoiled, please contact the store by email or telephone. Remember that cheeses and other gourmet foods can have a pungent odor that is not indicative of spoilage.
Many of the products we carry are available seasonally or are produced in small batches by fine food makers. Some products are brought in from around the world. This sometimes causes a shortage. If you order a product and we do not have it in stock to ship, someone will attempt to contact you by email or telephone. You can either have that product back-ordered (will ship it when we get it) or cancel that item. We appreciate your understanding.
The cut off period for guaranteed Christmas Eve delivery is DECEMBER 11, 2013 per the UPS schedule. Zipcodes exempt from that cut-off date are 90027, 90028, 90004, 90026, 90039, 90029, 91601 and 91030. Deliveries to the listed zipcodes will be accepted until December 22 for December 23rd delivery. Any order placed after December 22, 3pm will be delivered AFTER Christmas according to the delivery policy above.
