One of the best artisanal cheese producers in the US, Mary Keehn has been making goat cheeses for over 20 years. The line of vegetable ash represents the fog banks that roll into Humboldt County.

This is one of my favorite cheeses EVER! It's tangy & crumbly & creamy around the edges. It stimulates the drool producers like crazy! It's definitely a "by itself or with a water cracker" kind of cheese. If you like a cheese with personality, this is the cheese for you!
