Cypress Grove dairy teamed up with a Dutch dairy to bring us this delicious cheese. What begins as a goat milk gouda is aged for one ear, resulting in a firm, slightly grainy cheese that has a nutty, tangy, flavor with notes of caramel and brown butter. Made with organic milk and vegetarian rennet.
